Orders & Payment:

All orders are subject to availability. Full payment is required at checkout. Prices and delivery charges are shown before you purchase. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will refund you.

Delivery:

Estimated delivery times are provided when ordering. Please contact us if your order is delayed, lost or damaged.

Returns & Exchanges:

We offer size exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to availability. You pay return postage for size exchanges, and we cover postage for the replacement.

For most online purchases, you may also cancel for a refund by contacting us within 14 days of delivery, then returning the items within a further 14 days. Your rights regarding faulty or incorrectly described goods remain unaffected.
